9/3/11 – Submitted online application.
10/3/11 – Received a phone message to call the department re application. I returned the call and left a message.
15/3/11 – Called the department again and left another message to call me.
16/3/11 – Called the department and did a phone interview for about 10 minutes. I was told then that they needed to do a Community Services check on me and then send me the paper work.
24/3/11 – Received application pack via email.
18/4/11 – Sent application pack back to department via email.
19/4/11 – My referees contacted by the department.
29/4/11 – Home visit and safety check conducted.
